GoResponse Flies The Flag For The UK At The Contact Center World Awards

GoResponse successfully represented the UK at the grand finals of the Contact Center World Awards in Las Vegas, by being named the third best call centre on the planet. The news rounds off an outstanding year for us, as we already picked up three awards at the EMEA regional finals back in June, including being named Best Small Contact Centre and our Managing Director Mark Kirby being announced as Best Executive.

The awards took place at the prestigious Treasure Island hotel on the Las Vegas strip on Friday 2nd November, and featured competition from finalists from across the globe. Not only did we secure the bronze medal for Best Small Contact Centre, but Mark also won the bronze medal in the Leadership category.

We won the awards after presenting to 150 fellow nominees and senior representatives from call centres across the world. Mark represented GoResponse at the awards and spoke about how he felt about the company’s continued success:

“Winning these awards tops off what has been an incredible year for us, and I’m extremely proud – both of the hard work that has been put in by the team to get us this far, and of the results we’re seeing from it. I think that being named the third best call centre in the world is a terrific achievement – especially considering that we started GoResponse nine years ago with just four employees! We’re not going to rest on our laurels though – we’re going to keep pushing ourselves until we’re best in the world!”

“Attending the grand finals was a unique experience – I’ve been to awards before but none this competitive or well attended.
