GoResponse was founded by Mark Kirby in Autumn 2003 for 24/7 call answering. Mark had previous business interests as a partner in a marketing consultancy and previous to that experience in the franchise industry and music and media world.

His passion is for delivering ‘out of the box’ solutions with exceptional customer experiences – ‘it’s not what we do – it’s how we do it’.
