skypephoneProviding customers with smooth video calling and the best sound quality for easy conversations is vital for modern call centres. With this in mind, Plantronics set out to meet Microsoft’s Skype for Business requirements.

Microsoft’s general manager of business product marketing, Giovanni Mezgec, said: “We are pleased to see Plantronics deliver solutions for Skype for Business to extend the communications experience and enable people everywhere to connect and achieve more together.”

Meanwhile, Plantronics’ vice president for enterprise product solutions, Bill Loewenthal, stated: “Organisations should expect the same high-quality level of products and service from Plantronics when they adopt Skype for Business. With our continued relationship, IT departments benefit from having a trusted vendor for audio solutions that work across multiple environments.”

Plantronics will support Microsoft in the deployment of UC audio devices across the world, thereby ensuring IT managers get all the help they need.
