The firm has deployed the tool in more than 400 telephone answering services environments, including those for retail, public sector, healthcare and banking. Meanwhile, by working through the Microsoft Gold Partner scheme, the company is able to provide portfolios that meet consumer and Skype for Business development.

Skype’s Principal Group Product Manager, Andrew Bybee, said: “We are pleased to see Enghouse Interactive certify their Attendant Console 2016 and Communications Center 2016 for Skype for Business Server 2015 and extend the communication experience for organisations to achieve more.”

Communications Center is enabled for omni-channel use to help call centres meet the rising demands of consumers. The solution can intelligently manage customer engagement across various channels and draw them into a single tool. By integrating Skype for Business into the solution, Enghouse Interactive is adding yet another reliable and scalable tool.

Enghouse Interactive Sales Director Gary Bennett said: “A critical element in helping organisations successfully adopt Skype for Business is the ability to create migration strategy roadmaps. Our solutions support most leading telephony platforms systems using their native architecture, allowing customers to pilot, prove and migrate their contact centre to Skype for Business at their own pace.”

For call centres around the world that want to boost the quality of customer services, utilising the new integrated Skype for Business tool could be worthwhile. This adds yet another contact option to the omni-channel environment, ensuring that more consumer demands can be met.
