Noetica awarded call centre innovation accolade

Idea and innovation conceptFor telephone answering services, it is important to keep an eye on the solution providers that receive awards because it can help steer firms toward the right business when it comes to software purchases. At the recent Corporate LiveWire Emerging Technology Awards, Noetica received the Innovation in Contact Centre Technology award.

Noetica, a call centre solutions provider based in London, UK, has introduced two new innovative products this year: Noetica Voice Platform (NVP) and SmartBound. Whilst NVP offers voice recording, IVR and other features available both on-premise or in the cloud, SmartBound provides a way for call centres to optimise their calling methods. For example, the system’s SnoDrop uses tech from the world of inbound dialling to deliver predictive dialling that is capable of bringing abandoned call rates close to zero. Meanwhile, the SmartAMD tool ensures that “false positive” calls are eradicated by detecting answering machines.

Noetica Managing Director Steven Brooks said: “This year, Noetica has introduced two ground-breaking innovations to the global contact centre market, with the launch of SmartBound™ and NVP™. The team is committed to introducing contact centres to new technologies that solve their operational challenges. It is for this reason that we are especially proud to the recognised with an award for innovation.”

With Noetica reaching its 20th anniversary next year, Brooks adds that the latest award is testament to the fact that the company has maintained a fast pace of development and innovation. By working with call centre managers to understand modern business requirements, Brooks hopes that Noetica can always rise to the challenge of answering the demands experienced by call centres in the digital age.
