NICE to acquire analytics provider Nexidia

Business handshakeNICE revealed they have signed an agreement to purchase advanced customer analytics provider Nexidia. The acquisition means that NICE will be able to offer even more powerful analytical solutions to businesses, providing call centres with a way to pump up productivity and performance to the next level.

Nexidia have been developing frontline analytical tools for some time. By combining such tools with NICE, telephone answering services will be able to get better scalability, accuracy and performance from software. This means that organisations will be able to expand their use of analytics to an even greater extent.

The multiple benefits of the new system provide a way to make smarter business decisions because of the real-time analytics. Data also comes through some of the most advanced analytics software in the industry, offering increased accuracy. In addition, the suite of analytical tools covers a broad range of business uses.
