New Team Members


Meet Lisa, Michelle & Richard
We now have a full time trainer – Lisa Adams. Lisa’s remit is to drive the competency and accuracy of the operators handling your calls. Indeed, within the first 2 months, Lisa has increased quality assessment performance by 14%.

As well as Lisa’s internal training, over 30% of our operators have nearly completed either level 2 or level 3 NVQs on customer service, with the next wave of operators about to start courses.

We are also strengthening our client services team. Already we have been joined by Michelle Foster, Premier Account Manager, who has added a great energy and commitment to the department.

Cathy Rivett has been promoted to Operations Director and is now responsible for Customer Services as well as the call centre operations. Cathy’s infectious passion for service delivery has already made great progress in the support clients receive.

Richard Ferriera has joined to strengthen our client scripting capabilities and this is an area we are continuing to grow. We are also recruiting additional customer service team members to put us even further ahead of industry customer care levels.
