New call centre release offers improved address accuracy

A call centre is a place that is fast moving and relies on accurate data to conduct customer care properly, so it is imperative to have the right tools in place. Postcode Anywhere has just unveiled Capture+, a piece of international validation software that provides telephone answering services with a better way to find and accurately identify addresses.

There are a variety of reasons why the latest release will make life easier for call centres, including the ability to reduce Average Handling Time (AHT) and increase the quality of data. An improved address searching function allows agents to correctly search for places even if they have missed entire address lines from their search. Common misspellings have also been included. Results can be filtered to show either a business or residential location, whilst a multi-lingual tool is also available that allows agents to optimise their performance if English isn’t their first language.
