GoResponse Staff Achieve Success With NVQ’s

We’re celebrating our call centre agents’ success with their NVQ’s today. The hard work of 13 staff has been rewarded as they achieved their NVQ at levels 1 or 2 in Customer Service.

Cathy Rivett, Operations Director comments “This is a real accolade for our team. The staff have really enjoyed the challenge provided by the course and for every member of staff to pass is great news. We look forward to the next round of NVQ’s starting later on this year.”
