A huge area that we feel we need to strengthen are reporting options. To that effect, we have taken on a new in-house developer, Tony Gifford, to implement a unique and substantial suite of information for clients.

Over the next few weeks we will be launching a range of reporting packages that will provide clients options on how much and what type of information they want. This will eventually be wrapped into a customer centre that will offer live dashboards, standard and bespoke scheduled and user configurable reports, but as importantly, will give a direct channel of communication from operators handling calls right through to the client, with observations, recommendations and requests for more information.
