Kelly Services has over 100 high street locations across the UK, and places 10,000 people in permanent work every year and more than 21,000 people in temporary placements every week.
One of their major clients, an international pharmaceuticals company, relies on Kelly to provide contract and temporary staff to keep their production lines running 24 hours a day.
GoResponse takes calls from staff who cannot attend work, liaises with line management to keep them informed of staff non attendance and, if required, call on extra staff to fill the gaps or increase the production team from a bank of on-call personnel.
Nikki Harding, Kelly’s Midlands Regional Director, said that they were nervous about putting such an important client in the hands of a third party, but the volume of calls at all times of the day and night required a well trained team to ensure that their client’s business needs were met.
