Along with multi-level IVR implementations, GoResponse is able to offer a wide range of interactive IVR functions including:

- Client information validation (e.g. contract status, PIN code entry)
- Voicemail with remote enquiry
- Support for real time SQL Server queries
- IVR able to invoke VB Scripts
