Mark is the Managing Director and

multi-national franchising company.

Cathy Rivett
Meet our Operations Director, Cathy.
Cathy has worked in the Call Centre
industry for 25 years, and won an
accolade for her Call Centre leadership
last year.
Interesting Fact - In previous roles
Cathy regularly dressed up as a fruit to
encourage healthy eating habits!

Kelly Stickells
Kelly is our Assistant Call Centre Manager
who works wonders in the centre, ensuring
that we're hiting those SLA's
Kelly has worked her way up through
the ranks and is a rising star.
Interesting Fact - Kelly is a fitness
fanatic and regularly cycles 25 miles!

Lisa Adams
Lisa is our trainer who's dedicated to pushing
up those quality scores week in, week out.
Like Kelly, Lisa has also worked her way
up, so she is well respected by those
she trains.

Ian Sears
Ian is our Client Services Manager. He
is a one-man client satisfaction engine.
Ian has come to GoResponse from an
FS background, and has managed key
accounts for Lloyds TSB Group.

Michelle Foster
As a Premiere Account Manager
Michelle is responsible for some of
of our key clients.
She has extensive account managment

xperience from the recruitment sector
Interesting Fact - She loves Thailand
and considered being a holiday rep!

Kate Lewis
Kate is one of our Key Account Managers
and is always busy on the phones ensuring
her clients are happy and that we're on top
of the game.
Kate brings experience from customer
service with the AA.

about wine and has a talking dog!

Richard Ferreira
Richard is a key part of the Client Services
Team who builds the telephone answering
scripts and dreams up great solutions for
handling your calls exceptionally.
Interesting Fact - As a South African, he
closely supports his national cricket team
(even when they lose to England!)

Glen Blow
Variety is the spice of life for Glen, who has
a remit that includes technolgy and marketing.
Glen has a sci-tech background and has
worked for Toshiba, Hewlett-Packard and
the UKAEA.

Tony Gifford
Tony is our developer who comes up with
solutions that blow our mind. Even if it's the
impossible, Tony can usually get a computer
to do it!
With over 10 years experience, there's little
that Tony hasn't come across.
