Must have following qualities-
Ability to type over 30 words per minute
Knowledge of using computers (basic level)
Familiarity with using the internet
Familiarity with using email
Good language and communication skills
Live no more than a 10 mile radius of Sittingbourne in Kent
Can drive as limited public transport to location
Previous customer service / call centre or reception experience
Good spelling and grammar
