We are currently looking for people to work night shifts in our 24hr Call Centre. You must have a flexible approach to the hours of work as it is a requirement that training takes place during the day. This position involves handling mainly inbound calls however outbound calls may be necessary to complete the calls. Due to shifts all work must be completed and if it is not it must be handed over to the next shift with full details of the enquiry. You must be a strong team player and punctual. As this is part of a shift work working team any lateness will affect the person you are taking over from so punctuality must be 100%. You must have the ability to work under pressure.
Must have the following qualities/requirements:
Ability to type over 30 words per minute
Knowledge of using computer (basic level)
Familiarity with using the internet
Familiarity with using email
Good language and communication skills
Can drive as limited public transport to location
Previous customer service/callcentre or reception experience
Good spelling and Grammar
