Orange Customer Service call centre staff have mistakenly emailed 1107 customers, broadcasting their email addresses to the entire mailing list by accident.

Customers have been in uproar about the mistake, leading several clients to change their email address, having received further unwanted messages from others on the mailing list.

Managing client communication (and confidentiality) is something that we take very seriously, ensuring that customer information is provided on a strictly "as needed" basis.

Call Centres need to be at the forefront of protecting customers' information and privacy, particularly their email addresses!!
